As of Summer 2019, Science for the People needs help with the following People’s Green New Deal organizing tasks:

- Get involved with the editorial collective for SftP Magazine‘s Green New Deal issue in 2020
- Get involved with scientist outreach and engagement efforts
- Get involved with a specific Technical Advisory Group
- Get involved with cross-organization partnership efforts
- Get involved with coordinating across local campaigns and events
- Get involved with developing educational materials and trainings
- Get involved with organizing climate workers in government and the public sector
- Get involved with web design and maintenance
- Get involved with outreach, art, and design
